Terms of Rental
Daily pricing is for a 24 hour period. Rates exclude taxes.
To rent a vehicle you must be 21 years of age with a valid US license and a major credit card. You will be asked to provide your driver’s license and credit card when you pick up your vehicle.
Any additional drivers must be present to sign, have a valid driver's license, and active auto insurance.
You must provide proof of your active auto insurance, such as your policy number and experiate date.
All traffic and toll violations will be charged to the card provided on file.
All vehicles are rented with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank to avoid additional charges. There is an $8 charge per gallon to refuel the vehicle.
All vehicles are non-smoking. A $100.00 fee will be assessed for smoking in a rental vehicle.
Vehicles that require more than a regular wash and vacuum incur an additional charge of $50.
We require a $250 deposit to rent our vehicles.
*Hourly rates are maxed at 3 hours; after which daily rental rates apply
